How many hours is full day coverage?

Full day coverage ranges from 12 to 14 hours. Coverage usually begins halfway through hair and makeup and concludes roughly an hour after reception dancing begins.

What is ‘additional day coverage’?

If you are planning a pre-event such as a rehearsal dinner, sangeet, additional ceremony or hosting a reception on a different day, coverage will be billed per hour on those days. If you’re worried about how many hours you’ll need, don’t - I’ll be able to give a recommendation based on your unique needs.

I’m doing two ceremonies. Will I receive two ceremony videos?

Yes. Both ceremonies will be documented and delivered to you.

WHat’s the difference between one and two videographers?

Besides stating the obvious, another videographers allow for more coverage therefore more footage to capture. If you know your guest count will most likely exceed 100, 2 videographers are recommended. If you think additional videographers are necessary, please let me know.

What is ‘raw footage’?

All of the video files that come straight out of the camera are loaded onto a hard drive and mailed to you. You can also request a digital download link of your raw footage, provided you have the required hard drive space.

Do you travel?

Wherever a plane can land, I can be there. For destination weddings (outside of Ontario, Canada) Please specify your destination in your inquiry. For weddings that are within the province/state of Ontario, but are over 75km/46 mi. outside the city of Toronto, a travel accommodation surcharge will be determined based on the variables of your location(s).

How do I book? Do you have payment plans?

A 40% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is split into two 30% payments - The first, 30 days before your wedding and the second, 7 days after your wedding. Payments can be made via Interac e-transfer (Canada only) or credit and debit. If this does not work for you, I’m more than happy to work toward a different payment plan.

When can I expect to see my video(s)?

There isn’t a concrete date but I try to deliver between 6 to 9 months. I want to create perfection for you and to do that, you can’t rush art. In the meantime, there’s usually a 30-second teaser video posted to social media within a week of your wedding, that you can share with family and friends. Please visit the Rapheal Films Instagram page to get an idea of what these teaser videos look like.

Can you livestream my wedding?

Yes - There are two options for you to choose from! The first is a single-camera stream and the second is a multiple-camera stream. Live streams can only be done during a ceremony or other sitting events such as when a speech is given.
